Many doctors and therapists agree that one's mental and physical vitality often depend on exercise and social interaction in addition to the body's general physical health. A flexible body can cope with life's stresses more successfully and can resist injury while helping ensure long-range movement for years. The sitting, standing and floor movements in Moving On work to enhance body function without injury. Moving On offers exercises for varying physical abilities, from basic movement to more challenging physical activity, foot care and body maintenance.
