About Us
Rev. Jim McClain greets visitors
We hope you will find this website useful in exploring the many opportunities available to persons of all ages, ethnicity, and interest at Laurel Heights United Methodist Church. We are located near downtown San Antonio in the historical Monte Vista neighborhood. We hope you will find where you fit at Laurel Heights and join us as we honor God through our worship and service to others. As you might imagine, we have changed a lot over the years, having to add new areas to accomodate our growth and vision for the future. Click here to read some our history.

Did you know that we turned 100 in November of 2009? We don't look or feel that old because we're still a growing church with new families joining us each year and new babies being born and baptized.  Read comments others have left about what Laurel Heights has meant to them or make your own entry in  in our Centennial Blog. Click here to open a new window that will take you there. Then, be sure to register so you can enter your own comments.
